Tomas Velan, MD
Tomas Velan, MD, is an anesthesiologist at Seattle Special Care Dentistry. As part of SSCD’s commitment to providing compassionate care to individuals of all needs, Dr. Velan works as a member of the patient’s care team to make their procedures as easeful as possible. He understands the fear that comes with dentistry and works diligently to provide a positive experience for all his patients: “My favorite part of the job is patient waking up after a procedure comfortable and surprised that it is all done and all the worries from before are over.
When he’s not at the office, Dr. Velan enjoys embracing all the PNW has to offer by way of hiking and photography. He also loves to bring a bit of humor and sarcasm with him wherever he goes.
