Lauren Vainio, DDS
Lauren Vainio, DDS, has always enjoyed helping others improve their health, which is what drew her to a career in dentistry. She received her BS in Neuroscience and Psychology from Washington State University (Go Cougs!) and her DDS from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.
She cares deeply about each patient she meets and enjoys learning about their lives, interests, and families. Dr. Vainio describes the SSCD team approach as; “high-quality dentistry in a warm and caring environment.” In addition to her time at SSCD, Dr. Vainio has worked as a clinical researcher at Northwestern University, and as a Clinical Instructor at Swedish Medical Center General Practice Residency.
